There is a broad range of hotels located in the international city of The Hague. The EAFS2012 organisers are currently negotiating special packages with a number of hotels.

The geographical distance and the public transport options to the conference venue, as well as a special rate, are the main issues under consideration. A selected number of hotels within various budget categories will be presented on this website in March 2012. Once selected, the on-line hotel registration will open.
