Registration

The registration for the EAFS2012 opens February 2012.

Deadlines
Early birds: 15-05-2012
Regular rate: 01-08-2012, after this date you can pay at the conference site (cash payment only)

Regular registration and student registration includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions (some are limited to a maximal number of attendees)
• Admission to the study visits (for example to The Hague International Courts and Tribunals)
• Admission to the conference Official Opening Ceremony
• Admission to the conference premises including the exhibition hall
• Admission to the Welcome reception (Monday)
• Admission to the Informal evening (Tuesday)
• Admission to the Farewell lunch (Friday)
• Coffee / tea breaks and lunches during the conference
• Delegate bag and conference documentation
• Certificate of attendance

One Day registration includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions (some are limited to a maximal number of attendees)*

* as long as the activity takes place on the registered day
